The Solvac S1 1010 is a single sump, compact ultrasonic vapour degreasing system with a tank size of 255 x 255 x 250mm, designed for use with non-flammable solvents. The process consists of; automated wash, rinse and dry stages all within a single unit. The automated compression lid seals the process making for more efficient use of energy and less emissions. Solvent consumption is reduced by lowering the freeboard area temperature, this is achieved by increasing the size of the freeboard coil zone.

The Solvac S2 1812  is a twin sump ultrasonic vapour degreasing system designed for use with non-flammable solvents. The whole process takes place underneath the automated sealed compression lid, the basket is moved through the process via an automatic low line transfer system. If you combine the dual refrigeration units carrying out primary and secondary cooling within the freeboard stage and the efficient solvent distillation system, this combination reduces solvent consumption dramatically when compared to other systems.
