PERO NEPTUN - High-performance spray cleaning
The PERO NEPTUN is a versatile aqueous parts cleaning system for a wide range of components, from lightly soiled parts through to those with high technical cleanliness requirements. Its two baths give reliable intermediate or final spray cleaning with water-based media, and the TouchPanel control makes it easy to set up individual cleaning programmes. NEPTUN handles bulk parts and parts on carriers or racks, and is used by industry suppliers and in cutting and non-cutting machining.
PERO TWT - Immersion and spray cleaning with vacuum drying
The PERO TWT combines several cleaning methods in one unit: immersion and spray cleaning with alkaline, neutral or slightly acidic water-based media, followed by vacuum drying for faster processing. Designed for high technical cleanliness, it suits a wide range of parts, and all components in contact with the media are stainless steel, so fresh or demineralised water can be used. TWT handles single parts, bulk parts in baskets and parts on carriers or racks.
PERO ROTIMAT 1A - Spray cleaning for a wide variety of parts
The PERO ROTIMAT 1A is a compact spray washer for any workpiece that fits in its sturdy rotating basket (1,000 mm diameter, 650 mm high). After production or repair, parts are sprayed from all sides with a hot water-based cleaning solution, then dried without external heat or with an optional extractor fan. It can be loaded from the front or from above by crane, and its castors make it easy to move around the workshop.
PERO ROBOMAT - Powerful spray cleaning for large and heavy parts
The PERO ROBOMAT is a heavy-duty aqueous spray cleaning system for large and heavy workpieces of many sizes and shapes, with loads of up to 2,000 kg, from lightly to heavily soiled parts. The two-bath model is ideal for surface preparation before painting and final assembly, combining cleaning, phosphating and rinsing. ROBOMAT is used by industry suppliers, machining companies and foundries, and can be loaded by trolley, crane or automatic charging unit.
