Concentrated spray wash cleaner and mixed metal degreaser with added corrosion protection

Aquus® SWC is a highly concentrated, pH-neutral degreaser designed for high pressure spray equipment, removing oil, grease and swarf from ferrous, non-ferrous and plastic components during manufacturing, assembly and pre-paint operations, without staining brass, aluminium or copper. It contains a Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) that protects metal components for up to 3 months under good storage conditions.

Aquus® SWC should be used at a concentration of 2-5%, or up to 10% depending on the degree of soiling, via spray wash, ultrasonic or agitated dip tank systems. Recommended operating temperature: 50-70°C.

Aquus® SWC contains no nitrites, silicates or phosphates, and is engineered to keep foaming to a minimum, even under high-pressure spray conditions.

Aquus® SWC is fully compatible with brass, copper and aluminium, causing no staining. Components should be allowed to dry fully before storage, to preserve the VCI protection.
