Full Time – 5 days per week
Salary – £20,000 rising to £23,000

Description
Experienced computer literate Admin person with knowledge of shipping logistics and order processing.

Excellent customer skills in dealing with various customer departments and working with our blender / warehouse on dispatch of goods, offering speedy solutions to their requirements.

Highly professional, flexible, reliable, and trustworthy individual. Appreciates the needs and requirements of a small company with few employees.

Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision and guidance.

A understanding of chemistry would be an advantage, and must have own transport for limited trips to Blender.

Main Tasks

1. Be responsible for all aspects of the day to day administration for the supply of ETE branded cleaning solvents and associated products throughout the world.
2. Receive orders from customers, check and prepare necessary documentation for delivery of goods.
3. Check credit limits and ensure these are not exceeded.
4. Acknowledge orders to customers.
5. Progress orders with manufacturers and transporters.
6. Initiate the Invoice of good ensuring all costs and information are correct.
7. Jointly ensure that stock levels of raw materials and finished goods are maintained at agreed levels and that Purchase Orders are placed in good time.
8. Progress supply of raw materials and the production of finished goods.
9. Request, receive and review shipping quotations.
10. Maintain, produce and control DGN’s and any other shipping paperwork.
11. Maintain all control sheets on “Dropbox” and elsewhere.
12. Work to the relevant procedures in the company Quality Manual.
13. Carry out administration tasks as required by the business.
14. In absence or holiday of Bookkeeper cover any day to day tasks as required by Management.
